Today we went to one of Mom’s favorite breweries, Bridge 99 Brewery in the north end of Bend.    The brewery owners love to have furry friends visit.  I can go inside the brewery or sita outside at the tables.  I just can’t go by the bar – not enough room for me.

So we decided to hang out at a big table outside.  After awhile I got a little hot and found a cool spot underneath.

Shirts and leather koozies and lots of taps

The bar area of the taproom is rather cramped, but there is a lot of good stuff to buy, not to mention about a dozen different beers on tap.  Moms say they like this place because there is a good variety of IPAs.  They were drinking Pink Boots beer.  All of the proceeds from the sales of this beer go to scholarships and education for women in the beer industry.  Moms liked that so much they came back the next day for more!

Bridge 99 expansion, bigger tap room at the end

Because Bridge 99 is becoming so popular the owners are expanding.  Bend Battery used to be next door, but when they moved Bridge 99 took over there shop area.  They are moving the tap room to a bigger area and more room to make beer!

Several food trucks visit Bridge 99.  When we were there Mauna Kea food truck was there.  We saw big piles of food on the plate lunches.  On busy nights a second food truck can squeeze in.

The brewery will be one that we will visit everytime Moms and I are in Bend Oregon.
